The coaching sessions are a collaborative process designed to support an individual or team in achieving specific professional or personal goals. They are based on identifying strengths, values, and aspirations, and working with them to develop strategies and take action towards reaching identified objectives.

The topic is set by the client and can focus on areas such as personal development, career advancement, leadership skills, organizational and cultural development, health and wellness or relationships.

Team coaching can be performed with a co-coach to identify unconscious behaviours, patterns, and communication occurring within the team.

Mentorship

The mentorship program is aimed at providing guidance, contacts, and advice to support professional and personal development.

The program focuses on sharing knowledge, improving skills, and gaining perspective from someone with complementary experience and knowledge. It helps identify how to leverage strengths and recognise areas for competency enhancement.

The mentorship program is run for a minimum of six months (min. six sessions).

Conflict management is focused on supporting the process of identifying, addressing, and resolving conflicts in a constructive manner to minimise negative impacts and promote positive outcomes.

It is built on 3-way conversations between the involved parties; however we always initiate with individual talks to clarify each persons (positive) intention behind their current behaviour and thinking.
